Frequently Asked Questions

  • Skin Programmes require a 6 month commitment, with no early cancellation available. 3 months for the Winter Rejuvenation Programmes

    Programme payments are processed through Aglow, and additional surcharges may apply.

    Normal cancellation policy and fees apply.

    Late cancellations (within 24hours) will result in the forfeiture of that scheduled treatment.

    Treatments cannot be carrier over, transferred, or exchanged for other services or products.

    All treatments are to be used exclusively by the programme holder.

    You have 30 weeks from sign up to complete your treatments.

  • Pay a $200 deposit, then 26 weekly payments through Aglow. You’ll receive six treatments (one each month) plus full access to all VIP perks.

    Winter Rejuvenation Programmes are on a 12 week payment plan.

  • Aglow (our programme payment platform) charges a one-time setup fee of $10.31. After that, everything is included in your weekly price. You actually receive more value through the programme than you would paying for each treatment individually.
